RESOLUTION NO. 66-86
RESOLUTION WAIVING REQUIRDMITS OF
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
Be It Resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Plymout1l:
That the requirements of Ordinance 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, -gassed on January 10, 19661, and filed on April 6, 19669
in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, kinnesata, relating to conveyance of parcels of land
lose than five (5) acr,.:9 in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Gerald Galloway, 9615 - 28th Avenue Horth, Minneapolis
Lot 6, Block 2, Klausmans Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, except that part lying west of the following
described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of
said Lot 6; thence east along the south line of said
Lot 6 a distance of 119.61 feet to the actual point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence deflect
left in a northerly direction 920 43' to the north
line of said Lot 6 and there terminating.
