The following members were present: Myer 8taples, Tr tom O•Fallon, Ent, MWa and Nowwr and the following members were absent: Esse RESOLuriON NO. 66-83 t.'ui�F�_ he V NiA introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: • WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Szp� installation of sanitary oonre for project 66-1E hp bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with 0. L. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained • until a contract has been signed."
