Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ()
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the sts day of jWW , 19 88 .
The following members were present:

bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that 0. L. Contraetiap. Inc:. of
osstiasa Eiaaesota is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with 0. L. Contraetlag, Inc.
of

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
• until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by rem and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
