Be it resolved bly the Village Council of the Village of Plymouths
That the requirements of Ordinance No. 5946, of the Village of
Plymouth passed on June 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in hook
838 of Miscellaneous Records, page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to conveyanoe of parcels of land less
than 2-1/2 (two and one half) acres in area are hereby waived as to
the following described lands
W Anderson, 12406 County Road #15, MPIN.
(Parcel #1) That part of Lot 8, Block 1, Wilshire Gardens,
gennepin Count,, Minnesota, lying Horth of ihs following
described lice= commencing at a point on the West line of
said Loi0 distant 200 fest South from the Northwest corner
thereof, t Northoaster4 to &_ point on the East line
of said Lot 8, Bloat 1, Wilshire Gardens, distant 200 feet
South from the Northeast corner thereof.

Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying South of the following

said Lot 8, distant 200 feet South from the Northwest corner
