RESOLUTION WAIVING REQUIREMENTS OF
sIMMSICN ORDINANCE
Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth:
That the requirementm of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in
Hook 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, r^p 497, Register of Deeds,
Remspin Coumy Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land
less that: fiv1 15) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the follo*ing described lama:
Mr. John Taber, Box 172, Hamel, Minnesota
That part of Government Lot 6, Section 239 Township 118, Range 22,
lying south of the south line of Registered Land Survey No. 5^9
extended Westerly, and lying Westerly of hest Medicine Lake Drive.
(Parcel #1.) That part of Goverment Lot 6, Section 23, Township
118, Range 229 described as beginning at the intersection of the
