TRAM HY RESOLUTION NO, 66-76.
Be it resolved bey the Tillage Council of Plymouths
That the requirements of Ordinance No. 59.-16 of the Tillage of Plymouth
passed on June 169 1959• and filed August 7, 1959, in book 838 of
miscellaneous records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of platted balanoe of land less
than 2-1/2 (two and ons -half) acres in area are hereby waived as to
the following described lands
The West parcel being Lots 1, 2 A 3, Plymouth Gardens, except
the Fast 367 feet thereof, as measured along the North and
South lines thereof.
The Eest parcel being the Wert 200 feet of the East 367 feet
• of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Plymouth Gardens, as measured along the
North and South lines thereof.
