Be it resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requireeents of Ordinance No. 59-16 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on June 16, 1959, and filed August 7. 1959, in book 838 of
miscellaneous records, page 55i Register of Deed®, Repnepin County.
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of platted balance of land less
than 2-1/2 (two and one.half) acres in area are hereby waived as to
the following described land:
Lots 1, 2 a 3, Block Is Plymouth Gardens
