HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-075A• 6 7� V ILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION AP PRO IFICATIONS AND • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular (spssioi) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th / day of dune , 19 66. The following members were present: lsayor Staples, Trustees O'Falba, Hunt, Hagen and Bonner and the following members were absent: Now RESOLUTION N0. 66-75A mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHMMS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on � y 9 , 19 66 , the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the grading, bass pr1cI drailkA90 and bituaiaous surfacing of Zachary Lang from Cooaty Road #9 to Couaty Road #10 D and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: D -1- • "l. Such plans end specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper and in Comstraotiom Sullet w. an advertisemen for Blaspon Ine malting o suc mprovement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 10:00 o'clock A. Y. on Brune 20,190, in the Council Chambers of the Village Fall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for S per cent of the amount of such bid." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Q'Fallos, Haat, Hagen and Banner The following voted against the sass: Nome The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Nome WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
