Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (epee#ei)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 6th day of June , 19 66
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees 097allon, Hsmt, Hagen and Renner
and the following members were absent: Now

Mayor Staples introduced the following
Resolutf.on and moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 9th
day of May , 19 66 , fixed the 6th day of Jme ,
19_LL, as the date for a public hearing on:
grading, lease work, drainage and bituminous surfacing
with respect to the following street(s), to -Wit:
14whary Lase from County Road #9 to County Road N10
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of thecae improvements were given ten days`
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 6th day of Jure P 19 66 .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(s)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted pay 8 , 19 66 .
112. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvements."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Otn1loa and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
mayor staples, Trustees O'Palloa, Stant and Hagen: -
The following voted against the same: Trustee Renner
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Now
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
