RESOLUTION APPRO I• ,ir SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERIF,�j RIYVERTI FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a-s&gA*J.%& (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymout", Minnesota.,
was held on the day of Mns , 19jm .
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon and Hunt
and the following members were absent: Trustees Hagen and Branner

• and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
Consulting
u„y A , 19AL6_, the�+�-- Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications for the installation of sanitary suer designated
as Sanitary Sewer Trunk #6.
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF DLYMOUTH:

. "1. Such plans ^nd spet.iiicatiouc, a copy of which are
attach?d hereto and m=de a part hereof, aro hereby
approved.
2. The Village Claris shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisement on
o s,eff-'improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will
be opened and conside�ed by

bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for s per cent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trust

the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees OfFallon and Hunt
The following voted against the same: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting):
Trustees Hagen and meamer
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
