Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ()
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

The following members were present:

ResolutLon and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the

Published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was bold and property

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Trustee Htmt and upon vote b ing taRen thareon,
