RESOLUTiN
CALLING FOY-71LIBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
eras held on the gtg day of max , 19JUL.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner
and the following members were absent: None
Resolution No. 66-68
TrAmtee Ma a introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adop on:
WHEREA3, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on M" _2, recommending the:
grading, base work, drainage and surfacing
of the following street (s), to -wit:
Zeniue Lane frog State Highway #55 to Horth line of Section 22,
To. hip 118, Range 22
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMGUTH:
• f "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the13th day of1�3M__�, 19 at
the Village Hall ,'�n'-�i"ie Village�ymouth af�
o'clock m. The Village Council shall give —

quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee and upon vote being tarsen there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'FRUCn, Hunt, Hagen and Renner

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
