Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 9th day of _ KAY , 19 eu .
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner
and the following members were absent: None
Resplution No. 66-67
T"laintroduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
of1.78EREA3, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on May 3 , 1966 , recommending the:
grading, base work, drainage and surfacing
of the following street (s), to -wit:
Zachary Lane from County Road #►9 to County Road #►10
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMCimH :

111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the Sth�__� day of , 19-61-0 at
the Village Hall,71T-Me Village Plymouth a
o'clock �. m. The Village Council shall give p�u - —
lished notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee _ and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'lallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner
10 The following voted against the motion: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Hone
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
