mayor staples introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the ispMt7p0mt
installaties of storm sewer
within Garland Mane Drainage Area V -H
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to las and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C0UNCIL OF TMLR VILIAGE OF
PLYMODTMI:
"1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Mechanical Vsder-
grand piping, Inc. of Golden Va ,

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Must and upon vote being taken
thereon; the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples,
Trustess O'Fallos, Sages, Bust and Banner.
The following voted against the same: NOW
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Mose
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
