meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, was hold on, the 9th day of May, 1968.
The following members were presoutt Mayor Staples, Trustees
fl'Pallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner; and the following members were
absent-, Mone.

10 !Mayor Staples Introduced the following resolution and
Wired its adoption:
WHERFAS, by reason of the use of beach arose on Medicine
Lake, adjacent to Medicine Lake Boulevard, a great deal of
traffic on said boulevard has been generated and,
wMmjAS, automobiles using said beach area are frequently
being parked in front of the driveways of private citizens and
at other locations interfering with the use and enjoyment of the
said boulevard by said residences and,
MHRRMAS, said Medicine Lake Boulevard is a county road
having been designated as County Road No. 70 from 28th Avenue
Aorto, south to State Bighway No. 55,

1. That the E[emknepin County Highway Department be urged
to post "NO PARKIN011 signs oft, both sides of Medi.;xse
Lake Boulevard (County load So. 70), between 17th and
19th Avenues portb.
2. That the Cleric -Administrator be authorised and directed
to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
appropriate wfficialm of said Hennepin County Highway
Department toge:har with a letter making the request
contained in paragraph i above.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Plesolution
was duly seconded by 't'ruste'e Runt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples,
Trustees O'Fallon, Ragern, Sunt and Rewwr.
The following voted against the same: None,
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed sue ;*opted.

on file in my offtcaa and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the sane relates to requesting
that the Hennepin County Bighvay Department post "NO PARK=G"
signs on both sides of Medicine Lake Boulevard (County Road No.
"fid) , between 17th and 19th Avenues North.
