PREPARAT M OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (gni)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the gth day of may , 19 " .
The following members were present: Mayer Staples, Trw tees
O • Fallsm, Must, Swea and flamer
and the following members were absent: home

Resolution No. 66-62
. Mayor ftaples introduced the following
Resolut_on and moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 7th
dp.g of February , 19 66 , fixed the 7th day of Marsh ,
-:9 ", as the date for a public hearing on: installation of samitary
sewer designated as famitary fever Trank #6.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days"
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 7th day of Marsh 19 " .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above
MIMMENO are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted lbiruary 1 , 19"
112. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvements."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Baia
duly seconded by Trustee sages and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rtsplss,
Trustees 017 a lion, Hagen, Mat aad Menner.
The following voted against the same: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting) : won*
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
