RESOLUTION APPRO IFICATIOTTS AND
ORDERIEZ; ADVERTISEMENT FUR 13IDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 2nd day of May , 1966 .
The following members were present:

and the following members were absent: None
Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
IHMMAB _pursuant to 35 Resolutions passed by the Council on
November 3, °1, 17 and
Deorsber 6 and gQ 1965 , the Village Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications for the installation of sanitary severs in those
areas of the villase as set out in the above resolutions which
areas include that phase of the project known as Sanitary Sewer
Project 66.1=
and h:.xs presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approva;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

111. Such plans and specification , a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in Construction
Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
e ma ng of suc mprovement under.such approved plans
and specifications. The aevertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on May 27, 1966, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
chock, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for S per cent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'laliom, Meat, Magen cad 8eaner
The following voted against the same: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Nese
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
