.MSOLUPION AP 'ROVING IFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a JX4FX IC (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 25th day of April , 1966.
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustious O•Fallon, Hunt, Hagen, and Benner
and the following members were absent:
Bone
Mayor Staples
aid moved its adoption:
introduced the following Resolution
WHEREAS, pursuant to 3L Resolutiodtpassed by the Council on
March S, 10, 17 and Consulting
December 6 and aQ 19 65 , the Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications for the installation of sanitary sewers intho"
areas as not out in the above resolutions, a part of which includes
1966 Sanitary Sewer Project 1D
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
app. Val;
.MOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH-

111. Such plans and specifications, a copy of Which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in Construction
Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
TO ma ng or suc mprovement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened andgnsidered by
the Council at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on Mayl , 1966, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that ro
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for 5 per cent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
Hunt
duly seconded by Trustee rand upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner
The following voted against the same: Hone
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting):
None
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
Of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing eatract of minutes of
a special meeting of the Village Council of said village held
April 25 , 1966 with the original thereof on file in
my orrice and TGF same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to
1966 Sauitr j Sewer Bonds of the Village
