CALLING FOW PUBLIC IMARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular )
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 18th day of April 19 66 .
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Nin and Renner

Tzmwftm introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
j , %1HEREA3, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on April 18 , 19 66 , recommending the:
installation of storm sewer in Fox Chapel Grove Drainage Area
(Drainage Area VI -B)

Now THEREFORE] BE IT RESOLVLD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMCUTH:
�r 111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
Property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to N.S.A. Sec. 428.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be heli,, on such proposed im-
provement on the p�agtth day ofMax, 18 , at
the Village Ra11,-t he Village o ymoath RT__71_30
o'clock ,�t._ m. The Village Council shall give pur--
lished notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing; Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee C,) ' F,,/ j,,) A/ and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof:

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
