Pursuant to due call and notice therec:t, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
%as held on the 18th day of April 1966.
the following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'fallon, Hunt and Renner
and the following members were absent: Trustee Hagen
Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
:7KERLA3, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on April 18 19 66 , recommending the:
improvement
of the following street (s), to -wit:
84th Avenue North from the cul-de-sac East to the
continuation of 54th Avenue North in Birch Valley
lot Addition in the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township
118, Range 22 by grading, basework and surfacing
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYNCIUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to B.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shal be held on such proposed im-
provement on the /t day of _tea , 19 86 , at

the Village Hall, e vi l ln!;o Omouth a'— 7:30
o'clock ��py. m. The VAIlage Council shaii give pu�--
lished poke of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
Mayor
duly seconded by TA=WM Staples and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O•Fallon, Hunt and Renner
The following voted against the motion: None
The following were (absent) I F ffi4Kd§A4WW: Trustee Hagen
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
