X019 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF Ft,YMOUiTH : "1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Beatson Kelley and Phelps -Drake of St. Paul and Mpls. Ninneso i in tae name ox the VillEge o ymou or e-rmprovemen4- --e-��13#xvi-n�-szee�;o-,-#:o: installation of said sanitary sewer 0 according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest biddar shall be retained until a contract has been signed." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O•Fallon, Rent and Renaer The following voted against the same: ]loss The following were (absent) (a�►#.�:�cl 'r v^*ice) Trustee Raha whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. r STATZ OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) ss. The Interstate Commerce Commission iL hereby urged to grant the petition to include the Village of Plymouth in the Minneapolis -St. Paul rate area. 2. In further support of said petition, the Mayor is authorised and directed to prepare and execute an affidavit in support of this Resolution.,, The above motion was seconded by Trustee Renner and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: ■1 Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Bunt and Renner The following voted a_-ainst: Atone The following were absent: Trustee Hagen Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. e t * STATS OF MINNESOTA ) COMITY OF RRM+ PIN ) 88. VILLAGE OF PLYX0VrH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meting of the Village Council of said village held on April 18, 1888, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the petition before the Interstate Commerce Commission for the inclusion Of the Village of Plymouth in the Minnerpolie-St. Paul rate area.
