RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAZ
OF IMPERIAL HILLS SOUTH 3RD ADDITICi
Village of Plymouth
Be it resolved by the Villages Council of Plymouth Chats
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a hearing to donsidor
the proposed plat on Imperial Hills South 3rd Addition, and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission recommended approval of
the plat; and
Whereas, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval after Sue
consideration and study.
Therefore be it resolved that the Imperial Hills South — 3rd Addition as
herewith described be approved on this 11th day of April, 1966.
That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 775, Files of Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin, described am beginning at the Northwest corner of said
Tract A; Thence Easterly along the North line of saiA.:ract A (assuming said North
