VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLu L - -RATION
OF
REPORT ON-TMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 4th_ day of AW11 , 15_W.
The following members were present: Mayor staples, Trustees
O'Falles, Haat, Hagea and Rosser;
and the following members were absent: Foss
Mayor
JWMdMW %ales introduced the following Resolution and moved
\ rr adoption:
ClHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
54th Avenue Worth frau the cul-de-sac not to the
amtisuation of 54th Avenue Worth in Birch Valley
lot Addition in the NW 1/4 of section 11, Township
110, Range 22 by grading and base work
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee 09ftl1gn and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayes' rts,pleo, Trash O'lailes, Hunt, lama sad Renner
One following voted against the motion: Hee
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
