Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (sem)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Llinneaota,
was held on the 4th day of April , 1966 .
The following members wore present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'hllon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner;
and the following members mere absent: !tone

C Ma of r Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
TIHI;REAS, it is proposed to improve: Jonquil Lane from
Zachary Lane to Medicine Lake by grading, basevork and surfacing
and access the abutting property for all or a portion of the coat of
the improvement, pursuant to L4.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
11017 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYHOUTH
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
In a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whothor it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated coot of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Haat and upon
vote being talcon thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'hllon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner;
the following votod against the motion: Now,
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

extract of minutes of a regularmeeting of the
Village Council of said village held April 4 1g 86
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as
the same relates to the improvement of
Jonquil Lane.
