Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (sem)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, llinnosota,
was hold on the 4th day of Agri1 , 19 -K --
The following members were present-. !Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'lallou, Hunt, Sagan and Benner;
and the following members were absent: Noss

TINAMN Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and
,moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: Larch Lane from County
Road No. 9 to 45th Avenue Borth by grading, basevori and bituminous
surfacing
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to H.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYNOUTK.-
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise tLe Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whothor it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated coat of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee mmt and upon
vote being talcon thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallou, Hunt, Hagen and Denner;
the following voted against the motion: Hone
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
