Be It Resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Plynauthi
That the requiremcnts of Ordinance 66-1 of the Villageof
Plyoouth !Need on January lo, 1966 and filed on April 6, 19
in Rook i00 of Niscellaasous Records, page 497 , Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County Xinnesotat, relating to conveyance of parcels of land
less than five N aures in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Robert Francis Hugheat Route 2, Bos 8651 Wwsata., Minnesota;
that Northerly 261.5 feet of the West 1/2 of that part of the
NI/2 of the N.W. 1/4 of Seo. 5, Township 118, Range 22
West of the 5th Principal Meridian described as follows
Cosoencing at a point where the West line of said Section 5
intersects the center line of County Road No. 471 thence Fast
along said center line 1333 feet= thenoe North parallel with
the West line of Section 59 704 testi thence West parallel
with the center line of County Road No. 479 1333 feet to the
West lute of said Section 59 thence South along said West line
of Section 5 to the point of beginning
