Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regale► meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was hold on the list day of Nash, 10" at the Village mull,
13800 State Highway No. 53 commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.

NOW THEREFORE, ON IT HRRUBA RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. The appropriate officials of the Village of Plymouth are
directed to apply to the Minnesota Highway Department for
an emergency allocation of $10,000 from Municipal State
Aid Street Funds for emergency maintenance of municipal
State Aid Streets within the Village.
2. Upon receipt of such emergency allocation, the funds
so received shall be placed to a separate fund to be
known an "Municipal State Ald Stre-st Emergency
Maintenance Fund" and not comainglud with any other
funds of the Village. All payments for maintenance work
done on Municipal State Aid Streets shall be made from
said fund.
3. At the end of the 1966 construction season any funds
f remaining in said emergency maintenance fund shall be
transferred to the Municipal State Aid Construction
Fund and not to the General Fund of the Village.
The motion for the adoption of twee foregoing resolution rtes
seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in :Favor thereof: Mayor
Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner.
The following voted against: Mone
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held March 21, 1966, with the original thereof on file

thereYxtom Insofar as the same relates to a request for emergency
allocsttfion from Municipal State Aid Funds for 'maintenance of
Municipal State Aid Streets within the Village of Plymouth.
