The appropriate officials of the Village of Plymouth are directed to apply to the Minnesota Highway Department for an emergency allocation of $10,000 from Municipal State Aid Street Funds for emergency maintenance of municipal State Aid Streets within the Village. 2. Upon receipt of such emergency allocation, the funds so received shall be placed to a separate fund to be known an "Municipal State Ald Stre-st Emergency Maintenance Fund" and not comainglud with any other funds of the Village. All payments for maintenance work done on Municipal State Aid Streets shall be made from said fund. 3. At the end of the 1966 construction season any funds f remaining in said emergency maintenance fund shall be transferred to the Municipal State Aid Construction Fund and not to the General Fund of the Village. The motion for the adoption of twee foregoing resolution rtes seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in :Favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner.
