Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ixnnninli
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Uinnesota,
was hold on the 21& day of fah , 19_A&.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples,
Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Banner
and the following members were absent: Nano

'4 '1, Mayor Stages introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, it is proposed to i install storm sever in
that portion of the drainage areas of the village identified
In the Comprehensive Drainage Study as Drainage Area VI -8
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
0 1101' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
In a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee 01=allon and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees o'tallom, Hent, Rages and Reamer
the following voted against the motion: Nome
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
