RESOLUTION APPIiVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING AMBUTISBUENT FOR 509 -
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (Sponno
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the Slut day of March , 1L- 66.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples,
Trustees O'lallon, Hunt, Sagen and Renner
and the following members were absent: Now
Mayor staples introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
• WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
Yarah 81 , 19 66 , the Village Engineer has prepared
plans and specifications for the
iastallatlon of storm sever in Drainste
Area ♦-B

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
• VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

111. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
• attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clercs shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and ift
an advertisement for bids upon the
making of such mprovement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two !M ks , shall specify the work
to be done, s a state hat ids will be opened and
considered by the Council at 10;00 o'clock

bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashier's check, bid bond or certified check pay-
able to the Clerk for _5__— per cent of the amount
of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee 09Fallon and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor NtapUz,
Trwtoen O'Fall®n, Rant, Afton and Roarer.
The following voted against the same: Now
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): hone
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
