PREPARATON OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (apaskst)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 21st day of March , 19 88 .
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
017allon, Sunt, Hagen and Renner
and the following members were absent: Mone

Resolut'.on and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 7th
day of rebroar7 , 19 68 , fixed the 14th day of rarch ,
19 e8 , as the date for a public hearing on: installation of
stern sever in Drain"m Area ♦-D

WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 140 slay of March 19 " .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(s)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted Ootober ^s, 19_x.
41 "2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans
and s mcifications for the making of such improvements."

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Counoii
of said village held March 21, 1966, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a fell, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to installation
of @term sewer in Draimage Area V-A of the villa".
