Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
Of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
March 14, 1966 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. Central Daylight Time,
at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway Pio. 55, Plymouth,
Minnesota.
The following; members were present: Mayor Staples,
Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner and the following
members were absent: None

Mayer Staples intaroeuced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

OF PLYMOUTH ..
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper and
expedient air. 1.0 the interest of the public health,
convenience �u„i general welfare of the citizens of
thO Village a1` Pl.ynafae�th to acquire for sanitary sewer
pposea easement over, under and across the property
described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, all of
which property is located within said Village of
Plymouth, County of Nennep1n, State of *UInnesota.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney are hereby authorized
to acquire easonants over said property for the afore-
mentioned purposes and to take any nod all legal steps
necessary to such proceedings.

The notion to adopt the foregoing resolution was seconded
by Trustee Hunt , and upon vote being tarn thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Falion, Hunt, Hagen and Renner and the following voted against
the name: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.

Administrator of the Village of PlymoLwh, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have examined the attached
and foregoing copy of a resolution authorizing condemnation of
certain landn within the Village of Plymouth and that the
same is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed
by the Village Council of the Village of PlyK,uth on the 14th
day of March, 1866, as the sane is set forth in the minutes
of the meeting of said Council on file and of re.ord in my office.
