• RESOLUTION APMOVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (BpeetTr)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 7th day of b rch1B 66 .
The following members were present: r
Mayor Staples, Trustees O•Fallon, E unt, Hagen and Renner.
and the following members were absent: None.

!@e Staples introduced the following Resolution
• and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to [ Resolution passed by the Council on
November S, 10, 17 and
December 6 and 20 , 18 65 , the Village Engineer has prepared
plans and specifications for the

installation of sanitary severs in those areas
as set out is the above resolutions, rhich areas ars designated
as 1966 Sanitary Seer Project 1 a

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

111. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in Constru"Lon
Bulletin an advertisement f3rr olds upon the
making of such mprovement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished fora =do , shall specify the work
to be done, shall state e a ids will be opened and
consiliered by the Council at 4W o'clock

bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashier's check, bid bond or certified check pay-
able to the Clerk for 5 per cent of the amount
of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
41 duly seconded by Trustee Sunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Yayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Sunt, ftgen and Reaper.
The following voted against the same: icons.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Some.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
