HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-030VILLAGE OF PLY3JOUTH , (P6 -30 • RESOLUTION APMOVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (BpeetTr) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of b rch1B 66 . The following members were present: r Mayor Staples, Trustees O•Fallon, E unt, Hagen and Renner. and the following members were absent: None. Mayor !@e Staples introduced the following Resolution • and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to [ Resolution passed by the Council on November S, 10, 17 and December 6 and 20 , 18 65 , the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the n LJ installation of sanitary severs in those areas as set out is the above resolutions, rhich areas ars designated as 1966 Sanitary Seer Project 1 a bF and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: -1- 111. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper and in Constru"Lon Bulletin an advertisement f3rr olds upon the making of such mprovement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished fora =do , shall specify the work to be done, shall state e a ids will be opened and consiliered by the Council at 4W o'clock �. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was 41 duly seconded by Trustee Sunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Yayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Sunt, ftgen and Reaper. The following voted against the same: icons. The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Some. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
