The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Bunt, Hagen and Renner. and the following members were absent: None. Trustee gamer introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the , pyg- .IIUiiL.Qj..t.13B.ffi].]^.L"17 qtr PtA.pj.n-Wit: installation of sanitary *sewers in those areas of the Village designated as Area 66-1A as more particularly described in the specifications for such Improvement. 0 r bid$ were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the fallowing bids were received complying with the advertisement. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with ni of n e name o e age o ymo or e .�.t *^ ;t: installation of sanitary were in Area 66-1A. -1- n by according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Pillage Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained . until a contract has been signed." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees 097allon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner. The following voted against the same: gone. The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
