Mayor Staples, and upon vote being than thereon, the lulLming
voted in favor thereof: payor atapl as, Trustees O'ri allon,
Hunt, Hagen and Bennor and the following voted against the
same. Now whoreupon said resolution vas declared duly
passed and adopted.
