EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL, MARCH 5, 1966
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the Village Council of the,,-Villageof Plymouth,
Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of Marhh, 1966, at the
Yillage Hall, 138000 State Highway No. 55, Plymouth,
Minnesota, commencing at LO:00 o'clock A. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples,
Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner; and the following
members were absent: none
Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66- 26
"RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS ON BEACON HEIGHTS
STORM SEWER PROJECT (AREA IX)
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertising for bids as
required by law, February 7, 1966 at 10:00 A. M.
was fixed as the date and time for opening bids on the
installation of storm sewer for the Beacon Heights
Area (Area IX) and,
WHEREAS, said bids were opened on such date and at
such time and were thereafter submitted to the Council, and,
WHEREAS, the lowest of such bids exceeded the estimates
of the cost of construction of the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLP.GE OF PLYMOUTH:
I
` 1. That the bids received pursuant to advertisement
for the installation of the Beacon Heights Storm
Sewer (Area IX), as said bids are set out in
Schedule "A" attached hereto, are hereby rejected."
The above motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'r'ation, Hunt,
Hagen and Renner; the fol&owing voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the d>>ly qualified and
acting cleric -administrator of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said village held March
5, 1966, with the originalthereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the issuance and sale of
Storm Sewer Bonds of theVillage.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk -administrator
and the corporate seal of the village this 7th day of Marc h,
1966.
