HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1966-025VILLAGE OF PLAOUTH Resolution Mo. 66-25 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of Plymouth Village Council was held at the Village Hall on the 21st day of February, 1966, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt; the following members were absent: None. Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, John Yngve, has proposed the creation of a registered land survey with respect to the following described property situated within • the Village of Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit: That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence Easterly along the South line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, a distance of 1044 feet; thence North 14043130" West, 85.57 feet; thence North 35051'30" West, 91.6 feet; thence North 19033'30"West, 150.78 feet; thence North 25004' West, 153.07 feet; thence North 5033,30" East, 72.18 feet; thence North 45056' West, 71.5 feet, thence South 89002'30" West, 44.21 feet, thence South 63057130" West, 61.62 feet; thence South 41037130" West, 54.56 feet; thence South 77006'30" West, 33.44 feet; thence South 37010'30" West, 48.8 feet; thence North 72018'30" West, 90.3 feet; thence North 40044' West, 51.8 feet; thence North 55°18' West, 86.1 feet; thence North 52°02'30" West, 201 feet; thence North 380 West, 50.2 feet; thence South 86022' West, 57.5 feet; thence North 73°13' West, 181.21 feet to a point in the West line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, distant 757.54 feet North of the point of beginning; thence South along said West line (assumed to be due North and South) a distance of 757.54 feet to the point of beginning, according to the United States Government survey thereof. and, WHEREAS, said proposal has been considered by said Council; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE Or PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: That the proposed registered land survey submitted by Mr. John Yngve, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set forth is hereby approved and accepted. The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Renner, Hagen and Hunt; the following voted aga+nst• None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUN'T'Y OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAC OF PLYMOVrH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held February 21, 19669 with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the action taken relative to the registered land survey proposed by Mr. John Yngve, with respect to the property situated within the Village of Plymouth.
