by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lomest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has b(:on signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Hunt
and upon vote being taken
thereon; the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner
The following voted against the same: None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
