Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (a psojeW
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, blinnesota,
was held on the 7th day of Febru&rt , 19 66.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
OlFallon, Hunt, Hagen and Meaner
and the following members were absent: None

introduced the following Resolution and
41 moved its adoption:
:7HEREA3, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Februarz 7 , 19 66, recommending the:
installation of storm sewers with respect to the area described on
on Ibthibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE• OF
PLYMCUTH:
• 1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the Improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 21st day of March , 19 66, at
the Village Sa.11,iY"5e Village o ymouth aT-17 •.3g��
o'clock _� M. The Village Council shall give pub-
lished nojke of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
