CALLING FOR—PL93LIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular GopecdoW
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 7th day of February , 19 66 .
The following members were present:
Mayor staplers, Trustees 097allon, Hunt, Hagen and Benner
and the following members were aboent: None

introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
CHOREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on February 7 , 1966, recommending the:
Installation of stormsower in the area described on Zxhibit "A"
attached beret*.
NOW THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLA03 OF
PLYMOUTH:
• "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the day of , 19 , at
the Village Hal l,'Tu e Village o ymouth a _�_g�
o'clock.ss. m. The Village Council shall give pub
lisped notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the ado tion of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Ataples, Trustees Olftllon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plywouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held February 7, 1968, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the
Installation of storm sewers with respect to Area V-8 of the
Villa".
