The following members were present: Mayor staplers, Trustees 097allon, Hunt, Hagen and Benner and the following members were aboent: None * * * introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: CHOREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village Council on February 7 , 1966, recommending the: Installation of stormsower in the area described on Zxhibit "A" attached beret*. NOW THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLA03 OF PLYMOUTH: • "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im- provement on the day of , 19 , at the Village Hal l,'Tu e Village o ymouth a _�_g� o'clock.ss. m. The Village Council shall give pub lisped notice of such hearing and improvement as re- quired by law." The motion for the ado tion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee and upon vote being taken there- on, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ataples, Trustees Olftllon, Hunt, Hagen and Renner *The following voted against the motion: Mose The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
