RESOLUTION NO. 66-13
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 17th
day of January, 1966, at the Village Hall commencing at 7:30 o'clock
P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, Hunt, and Hagen. The following members were absent:
None.
Mayor Staples introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESOLUTION DECLARING VACANCY
ON VILLAGE COUNCIL AND APPOINT-
ING THOMAS T. RENNER AS TRUSTEE
WIEREAS, Aaron I. Curtis did, effective January 17, 1966,
resign as Trustee of the Village of Plymouth,and
*MjiLA3, ouch resignation created a vacancy on the Vil-
lage Council, and
WHERI,AS, it is desirable and necessary that such vacancy
be filled,
NOW THEWOREE, be it hereby resolved by the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth as follows:
1. That due to the resignation of Aaron I. Curtis
as Trustee of the Village of N mouth, a vacancy
has existed on the Village Council since said date.
2. That Thomas T. Renner be appointed to fill the un-
expired term of Mr. Curtis effective immediately.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Hagen, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples,
Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Hunt, and Hagen; whereupon said resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
