RESOLUTION APMOVUE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular fSPOVINIM
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 10th day of January , less-.
The following members were present: Mayor /tsples, Trusts"
C09ft, 011hiles, Bust and Magas,
and the following members were absent:
Trustee (j ' �,, ��introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
December 30 , lE aS , the Village Engineer has prepared
�►ith respect to the isstallstloa of lateral
plans and specifications

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COWICIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached heretu and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper nmokshm
an advertisement for upon e
making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for Tbres (3) reeks , shall specify the work

considered by the Council at 10 o'clock

bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashier's check, bid bond or certified check pay-
able to the Clerk for S per cent of the amount
of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
• duly seconded by Trustee 44,-1 and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples,
Trustees Cgckt, O • Hailes, Runt and RagoA.
The following voted against the same: Sone

WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
