PREPARATM OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular foreaft"
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 10th day of January , 1966
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Euro", O' Fallon , Hunt and Hagen,
and the following members were absent: Nonir t

introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 13th
day of December , 19 66 , fixed the 10th day of January
19 66 , as the date for a public hearing on:
installation of street lighting
with respect to the following: PWA hft
Penwalk Addition, Elmhurst Heights and other lands
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 10th day of January 2966
NOW 71HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(s)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted November a, 1965 •
112. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvements."

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutior_ was duly

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held
January 10, 1966, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same realtes to installation of street
lighting in certain areas of the village,
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this day of January, 1966.
