SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
Resolution 65-137
Be It Resolved By the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of
Plymouth passed on June 16, 1959, and filed August 7, 1959, in Book 838
of Miscellaneous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than two and
one-half (2*) acres in area and 150 feet in width, are hereby waived as
to the following described lands:
The tract on the SWj of the NWJ of Sec. 36, Township 118,
Range 22, lying west of County Road No. 70 and north of
State Highway No. 55 described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northwesterly
right of way line of County Road No. 70 and the Northeasterly
right of way line of State Highway No. 55; thence Northeast-
erly along the Northwesterly right of way line of lounty Road
No.170 distant 205 feet; thence Northwesterly along a line
parallel with the Northwesterly right of way line of State
Highway No. 55 distant 180 feet; thence Southwesterly along
the line parallel with the Northwesterly right of way line of
County_Road No. 70 distant 205 feet more or less, to a point
on.the Northeasterly right of way line of Highway 80. 55;
thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly right of way line
of State Highway No. 55 to the point of beginning; except the
Southeasterly 30 `feet thereof measured parallel with the North-
westerly right of way line of County Road No. 70 and except the
Southwesterly 30 feet thereof measured parallel with the North-
easterly right of way line of State Highway No. 55•
