PREPARATM OF PLANS

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular fj@ffigW"
meeting of the Village CounW. of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 20th day of December , 1965 .
The following members were present: Mayor staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'lalion and Numphrey,
and the following members were absent: Tr too aeviour
Ttnstee Humphrey introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the I th
day of November , 19 65 , fixed the 20th day of aoeaber
19 65 , as the date for a public hearing on:
installation of lateral sanitary sewers
and areas
with respect to the following street(s),4 to -wit;
40th Avenue North, 41st Avesas North, 42nd Aveame North,
Trenton Lame, Severe Law and that portion of the NI/2 of
the WIA of Nation 12, lowmship Ila, Nang* 22 to be
platted as Meadow Lava Estates.
WHBRFAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given too days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publica-
tione of the required notice and the tearing was held and property
owners heard on the 20th day ofDee•mier 19_AA_.
NOW TMMFORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COWXIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(s)
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council Resolution adopted November 10 , 1963
Consulting as ameadia-W'1�t aqWFMiem.
"Z. The/23!40mgm Engineer in hereby directed to prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvements."

The motion for the adoptJor of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee O'!'alloa and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples,
Trmste" Curtis, O'lailea sad H®Phroyi
Tha following voted against the same: Now
The folloring were (absent) ( g). Trustee 6eviour
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
