REPORT Oil-MIPROVELIENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymodth, Minnesota,
was held on the 13th day of December , 1965
The following members were prosent:
Mayor staples, Trustees Curtis, O•Fallon & seviour
and the following members were absent: Trustee gumphrey

Trustee o•rlallen introducod the following Rocolution and
moved its adoption:
THEREAS, it is proposed to install storm sewer in the
area of 'Heston Lane, more specifically described as Area T -A, in
the oompreheasive storm sewer study
benefited
and aseesz the property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to U.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
2701: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYUOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement oe referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with sone other improvement and
the estimated coat of the improvement as recommended."
The moti-)n was seconded by Trustee _cort4m and upon
vote being ta:.en thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor staples, Trustees Curtis, G•hllou and saviour
the following voted against the motion: Mous
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
