'WREA9, a report has been given byto F3909 --- the Village Council on November 8 , 19 6S, recommending the: Installation of street lights In the �-owing areas: Lots 1 through 11, Block 2 and Lots 1 through 10, Block 1, all in Penwalk Addition, Tracts b through d R.L.B.8132 Parcel No. 730 in the N 1/2 of Nction 26, Township 118, Range 22, Parcel No. 1000, 8 1/2 Notion 23, Township 118, Mange 22, Paroels No. 3300, 5700, 5300, 5600, 8200, 5300, 5100, 5000, 4900, 5400, 6100 and 4300 in the N 1/2 of Seetioa 26, Township 118, Range 22, Parcels No. 8400 and 3000 in the S 1/2 of Section 23, Township 118, Range 22; Parcel No. 1410 in the N 1/2 of Nation 27, Township 118, Range 22, Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, all in =lmhurst Heights. NOW THEREFORE, B8 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im- provement on the 10th da of wl ary 65 at the Village Hall, -1n -Te Village o Plymouth ;T --i:30 o'clock. m. The Village Council shall give puT no c- lished e of such hearing and improvement as re- quired by law."
