Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a. regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

The following senbers were present:
Mayor ataplq , Trustees Curtis and OlFallon
and the following members mere absent: Trustees Numphrey and Seviour
Mayor
VEN= Staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved Ito adoption:

POU THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUIICIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:

Engineer for study and that he is instructed to roper
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by Trustee O,lallss and upon
vote being taL-en thereon the following voted in favor of the
notion: Mayor 1ltap1es, Trustees Curtis and O•hllon
the following voted against the notion:ifs..
