That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of
Perth passed on June 16, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959, in
book 838 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds,
henhepin County, Kinnesota, relatir to conveyance of parcels
of land lose than two and one-half 2i) acres in area and 150
ft, in width are hereby waived as to the following descrived
