HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1965-119ti Resolution No. 65-119 z RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village Council on November 10, 1965, recommending the installation of lateral sanitary sewers in the following described area: The South j of the NWS of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22; the Nurth of the SWj of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22; Re=els Addition and Parcels No. 460 and 455 in the SWI a of the NE of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "l. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the re- port and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all gr a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 112. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 20th day of December, 1965, at the Village Hall, in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 P.M. The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law." The motion for the adoption of the 'foregoing Resolution was duly,seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor therof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey, and Seviour. The following voted against the motions None. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted,
