sanitary sewers in the following described areas;
The South - of the NW; of Section 13, Town-
ship 118; Range 22; the North I of the SW-41
of the Section 13, Township 118, Range 22;
Remme's Addition and Parcels No. 460 and 455
in the SW -1. of the NE!, of Section 13, Town-
ship 118, Range 22;
and assess the benefited property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec-
tion 420.011 to 429.111,
"That the proposed improvement be referred
to the Village Engineer for study and that
he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed, advise the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best bq made as
proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the
improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Seviour and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of
the motion:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, 0"Fallon, Humphrey, j
and Seviour. i{
The following voted against the motion: None
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and
adopted.
