adopted the 4th day of October, 1965, fixed the 10th
day, of November, 1965, as the date for a publi hear-
ing on installation of sanitary sewers, irtereeAitore
and laterals with respect to the area described i.n
the Notice of Hearing.
Whereas, all property owners whose pijperty is
liable to be assessed for the making of these improv3-
ments were given published notice and mailed notices
of said hearing as required by law,
NOW T i:U?ORE, BE i2 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF OLYMOUTh AS FOLLOWS:
111. Such improvements as set out and above and for
the area hereinafter described are hereby ordered
as proposed in the council resolution adopted May
3, 1965.
Commencing at the intersection of Co.
Rd. #18 and the Minnesota and Western
Railroad tracks; thence North along County Rd.
#lb to County did. 9; thence West along
County Road 9 to the East line of Parcel No.
455, in the SWI, of the NE- of Section 13, TWO
118, Range 22; thence South along the East
line of said Parcel No. 455, Parcel 460 in
said quarter and the East line of Remme's
Addition to the Southeast corner of said
Remme's addition; thence West along the
South line of said Remme's addition to
Revere lane; thence South along the West
line of the SE# of said Section 13 to 36th
Ave., North; thence East along 36th Ave.,
North to the West line of the -:land owned by
Independent School District No. 281, being
Parcel No. 3236; then South along the Westi
line of said property as extended to the
center of Section 24, Township 118, Range 22
taence East along said center line to the
West line of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No.
333; thence South along said West line to 28th
Avenue Worth; thence South along the West line
of hots 1,2,3,4,5, and 6; Block 1 and the West
line of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8; Block 7 all
in Medicine Lake Park Third Division; thence
West along 26rh Avenue North to Medicine bake;
thence South and Wert along the shore of Med-
icine bake t, the East Boundary of the Village
of Medicine Lake; thence South along the East
boundary of the Village of Medicine Lake to the
Minnesota and Western Railroad Tracks to County
Road No. #18, all as outlined on the map attached
hereto as Exhibit A."
"?. The Consulting Engineer hereby directed to pre-
pare plane and specifications for the meking of
such improvement."
The above Motion was seconded by Trustee QlArtis and
upon vote being taken thereon the following voted
in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, :trustees Curtis O'Fallon, Humphrey
and Seviour.
The following voted against: Crone
Whereupon said resolution was 'eclared duly passed and
adopted.
